We all know that we can loose quick weight, but you cant just lose it and then sit on your ass. Anybody that is trying to loose quick weight needs to have the up and go in them and it also has to be something that you really want in yourself and then needs to be something that is permanent for you so you can stop your Yo-yo dieting every 2-3 months going over and over the same thing and your just back to square one. This can lead to many health problems for you now and later in life! And even worse a very poor self image.
