Nursing assistants are very helpful people in the nursing field since they take care of patients who can hardly do anything for themselves. The assistants have lots of responsibilities which may seem easy but can be very tedious especially if one does not have the right training and attitude towards the job. Some of the major responsibilities of nursing aides include dressing and bathing patients, feeding and grooming them, moving them around and even making beds. Sometimes they even observe and give patient reports as well as take care of equipment.
