Just about anyone can create an Internet marketing ebook. All you
have to do is read some poor-quality Internet marketing articles, re-hash the
material, put it into PDF format, and use bold, size 36 font to artificially
boost the page count. After a single night of frantic paraphrasing and
borderline-plagiarism, you should have a poor-quality PDF that you can trick at
least a few people into buying.
Once you've slopped together your
sub-standard Internet marketing ebook, you can get started on a salespage.
Remember, the objective of a salespage is to lie as much as is possible without
writing something that could potentially get you thrown in jail. And once you've
completed that salespage, you can start to spam forums and blogs with links to
your ebook.
If the above paragraphs sound
familiar - you've probably spent some time reading Internet marketing ebooks.
Many "get rich quick" Internet marketing schemes will tell you to do something
quite similar. They'll tell you to ignore sensible marketing plans; to forget
writing high-quality ebooks; and to instead focus on churning out low-quality
info products and ramming them down people's throats before they get the chance
to think (and realize your deal is a total waste of money).
However,
cheap handbags, this should come as no
surprise, but all of this spamming, lying, and plagiarism doesn't usually
generate any money for the average person. Why not? Strangely enough, people
generally tend to buy products that are known to be good (i.e. that they've
heard about word-of-mouth), have a buzz, look credible - and that they have an
actual purpose for. Low quality, dime-a-dozen ebooks generally do not fall on
this list.
Thus, figuring out what people want is a great insertion point
for you as an aspiring Internet marketing ebook writer. So what is it that
people want? And how can you figure it out? Most people will tell you to look on
Internet marketing forums for "hot topics." I don't suggest you do this.
Instead, try this: think hard about the Internet marketing problem that gives
you the most trouble. If something is giving you a lot of problems, it's
probably also giving other people problems,
nike shox, too.
Perhaps you
struggle with finding freelance coders at a reasonable price who are also
reliable. If this is the case, then the stage is already set for your ebook. All
you have to do is conduct some research,
cheap
uggs, figure out the many ways in which you can find a good coder; and then
record your process as you hire them for various projects that you had to do,
anyway. Take notes and screenshots as you go; and then make an ebook out of all
of your records. When you're finished, download a copy of Open Office, copy and
paste your document into the word processing program, format it; and then
convert into PDF format by clicking the "PDF" icon.
Next, you will have
to create a strong, compelling salespage for your ebook. This is another project
in itself. I personally suggest getting some advice at the Success Doctor
forums. Once you've completed your salespage, you will want to search around for
a good place to sell. If you want to use affiliates, you should also start an
account with Clickbank. You'll have to pay an initial $50 fee, but from there
on, you (and your affiliates) will be able to use their link-creation and
payment services - and that will help you to save a considerable amount of
time.
Of course, you can always forego the Clickbank route and simply
sell your products through Paypal. This will allow you to receive payment
instantaneously and transfer it to your bank account in 3-4 business days. Once
you've setup the salespage and the checkout button,
air jordans, you can start selling at
places such as the WSO forum at Warrior Forum. But no matter what you decide is
best, you should always try to work on a long term - rather than short term -
strategy. Don't spam. Don't ignore rules. And, most importantly, don't create
low quality products.
