ASP出现错误：
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e31'
解决方案：
conn变量在CreateOBJ之后、连接服务器之前的地方加上以下语句：
conn.ConnectionTimeout=30 '连接数据库超时秒数
conn.CommandTimeout=300 '执行命令(SQL、存储过程)超时秒数
